Quality Comics went out of business in 1956, leading to the end of Blackhawk, with issue
#107 (December, 1956)....but, DC took over publishing the next month with
Blackhawk #108 (January, 1957)....with the same art team of
Dick Dillin and
Chuck Cuidera!
