Remembering artist Kurt Schaffenberger on his birthday (December 15, 1920 - January 24, 2002)...but which of his wonderful covers to choose?

How about a pair...the Lois Lane Annuals, from the Summer of 1962 and 1963, which has Kurt doing his take of famous Lois Lane stories from before his time working on Superman's Girlfriend, Lois Lane!

Though these were the only two annuals featuring Lois Lane, she was in two 80 Page Giants, (#3 and #14), which also had Kurt doing covers!
